Terms
These terms apply when you buy and use ThingsTag. We have tried to keep them short and plain.

Who we are
ThingsTag is run by Orangelab AB, org.nr 559042-9832, Broddgränd 5, 129 46 Hägersten, Sweden. VAT SE559042983201. You reach us at [email protected].
What you buy
A pack gives you a number of tags. Each tag is a unique code, a QR code and a web page at thingstag.com that you edit in your account.
You print the stickers yourself. We do not send anything by post.
Price and payment
Prices include VAT. You pay once per pack through our payment provider Stripe. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Delivery
Your tags are ready in your account as soon as the payment goes through. You get a receipt by email.
Changing your mind
You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason. Email [email protected] from the address you bought with. When we refund a pack, its tags are turned off.
Your tag pages
You decide what your tag pages say, and you are responsible for it. Do not publish anything illegal, do not pretend to be someone else, and do not use tags to trick people, for example into giving away passwords or payments.
Tag pages are public to anyone who has the code. They are hidden from search engines, but anyone who scans or types the code can read them. Only publish contact details you are happy to share.
We may turn off a tag that breaks these terms or the law. If we do, we tell you why.
How long tags work
ThingsTag is built so that tag pages keep working for many years without any further payment. If we ever have to close the service, we will tell you by email at least 12 months in advance.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so keep that inbox secure. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Your tag pages are then turned off.
Liability
We work to keep ThingsTag available, but we cannot promise that it never goes down or that a lost thing is returned. Our liability is limited to what you paid, except where the law does not allow such a limit, for example in cases of gross negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we tell you by email before the change takes effect. Tags you have already bought keep working.
Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in also apply.
If something goes wrong, contact us first at [email protected]. Consumers in Sweden can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Consumers elsewhere in the EU can get free help from the European Consumer Centre.
