Notices that never go out of date
Paper notices in the laundry room fade, get torn down and show the wrong phone number. Put a ThingsTag on the wall instead. Residents scan it to see the current rules and who to contact, and the board updates the page whenever something changes.

Caretakers, service companies and rules change. With a tag on the wall, the board edits one page and every resident who scans it sees the current version. Nobody has to go round replacing notices.

- Opening hours and rules
- A few friendly lines work better than a long list.
- Who to call
- The caretaker, the board or the service company, with a call button.
- Where to report faults
- A phone number, an email address or where the fault form is.
- Temporary notices
- "Machine 2 is out of order until Thursday." Change it back when it is fixed.
Tips for the sticker
- Use one tag per room: laundry, bike store, storage, waste room.
- Put it at eye level by the door.
- Laminate the sticker, or print on plain paper and put it in a plastic sleeve.
- Choose Information as the tag type so the page does not say "You found".

Questions
Can several board members edit the pages?
Tags belong to one account. Sign in with a shared board email address and everyone with access to it can edit.
Does this replace our booking system?
No. It shows information. Write on the page where residents book and how.
Do residents get tracked?
No. Tag pages have no cookies or trackers, and they are hidden from search engines.
